Malte Max completed his PhD in Accounting at VU Amsterdam in 2022 and has since been an Assistant Professor in the VU’s Accounting department. His research focuses on understanding tax avoidance practices among multinational corporations. In addition, he is interested in exploring whether companies truly walk the talk when making bold claims about their environmental impact.
